At Guleziba, we want you to love what you ordered. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with our easy return and exchange process.
7-Day Return & Exchange Window
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or an exchange for your items.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure that:
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- All original tags, labels, and packaging are completely intact.
- You have the original proof of purchase (order number or invoice).
Note: Items that are damaged, stained, or altered after delivery will not be accepted for returns or exchanges.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team at guleziba01@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at 03450410345 within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
- Provide Details: Share your Order ID and the reason for the return or exchange (along with photos if the item is defective or incorrect).
- Pack & Ship: Once approved, securely pack the item. Our team will guide you on the reverse pickup process or provide the shipping address.
Refunds & Processing
- Approval: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your request.
- Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed via Bank Transfer / JazzCash within 5-7 business days.
- Shipping Costs: Delivery charges are non-refundable" OR "Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged.
